LINE Official Account Price in Thailand 2026: Free, Basic and Pro Compared
If your customers are in Thailand, a LINE Official Account (LINE OA) is close to essential. LINE is the main messaging app in the country, and Thai customers expect to chat with businesses there: to ask prices, place orders or book appointments. A LINE OA lets you reply 1:1, broadcast promotions to followers and add a tappable rich menu.

Every plan includes the core features: greeting message, rich menu, auto-reply and 1:1 chat. Pro adds MyCustomer CRM for managing your customer base.
Which plan fits?
- Free: new accounts with few friends that mainly chat with customers. Broadcasts are capped at 300 messages a month with no top-ups.
- Basic: shops and SMEs that send promotions regularly. 15,000 messages covers about 3,000 friends at 5 broadcasts a month.
- Pro: the lowest cost per message, for accounts sending more than 15,000 messages a month or wanting CRM.
